Getting to Know: Kelsey Ruwe, Director of Human Resources

Kelsey joined Carson Wealth in May 2008 as an Event Coordinator and Executive Assistant to Ron. Her passion for helping and developing others led her to the Human Resources department in 2011. She is now the Director of HR and adds value to the firm by finding top talent to join their amazing team and also providing an incredible culture where stakeholders can develop both personally and professionally.

Kelsey grew up in a state park in central Nebraska where her father was the superintendent. She misses having seven lakes and an entire campground in her backyard!

Kelsey and her husband Chad have a daughter, Everly James, who was born in October 2015. Evie and her older sister (their yellow lab Lucy) have quickly become best friends. When not chasing Evie and Lucy around the house, Kelsey and Chad enjoy running, golfing and planning activities with friends and family.
